Dr. Henri Wintz, Ph.D. from Université Louis Pasteur in Strasbourg, is a freelance science writer and editor based in California. After a distinguished scientific career spanning over two decades at institutions such as Université Louis Pasteur, Cornell University, and the University of California, Berkeley, he transitioned into publishing, bringing expertise in both traditional and digital platforms, as well as experience in marketing communications, content marketing, and digital marketing.

Dr. Wintz's passion for Philip K. Dick's work began in France, where he was captivated by the author's imagination. This enthusiasm led him to create pkdickbooks.com, a comprehensive resource featuring bibliographic information and cover art of over 2,000 editions of Dick's works from around the world.

David Hyde, a.k.a. Lord Running Clam, who currently lives in the Colorado mountains, is a longtime, and one of the most famous and active fans of Philip K. Dick. He joined the Philip K. Dick Society (PKDS) in 1985 where he contributed to the content of its newsletter. When the PKDS was discontinued, he created "For Dickheads Only" in 1993, a zine that was active until 1997.
