Fort Morgan, CO is a small rural municipality of about 11,000 located 75 miles NE of downtown Denver and Denver International Airport, along Interstate 76. Amtrak and Greyhound have stations in the town. Check our carpool page to offer or request a ride to the Festival.
All festival activities will take place downtown Fort Morgan along Main St, between the Fort Morgan Museum, the cinema, and the various eateries, all within walking distance.
Philip K. Dick is buried next to his twin sister, Jane, in Riverside Cemetery, just five blocks from the Library and Museum. Plot: Section K, block 1, lot 56.

Accommodations
Discount rooms are available the Best Western Plus Overland Inn. Make your reservation before July 8th, and mention that you're coming to attend the Philip K. Dick Festival.
There are a several other hotel options in Fort Morgan. Super 8 by Wyndham, and Hampton Inn are the closest to the festivities.
Restaurants
There is a choice of restaurants along Main street. Two main spots for the festival are:
Cables Pub and Grill and Acapulco Bay will be the main places to socialize around a beer and food. Conveniently located close to the library and museum (across the street and two blocks south of it).
Country Steak Out Restaurant This is where the dinner will take place.
Weather
It will likely be hot and humid during the Festival. Average temperatures in August are in the mid 80° F (around 30°C).
